4 Steps To An Offer They Can't Get Enough Of!

I've been spending a lot of time this year with coaches at all stages in their business.

One of the things I noticed from speaking with coaches that are not yet generating consistent income is that they often hear "this would be great for me....later", "I can't afford it right now", and different variations of no or maybe over and over and over again.

This usually happens because either

1. They're targeting the wrong audience

2. They haven't created something irresistible

3. Their messaging and marketing for the offer isn't doing it justice or

4. They're not excited about the offer and are attracting other people who are not excited as well.

#2 and #4 both stem from the same problem.

Not having an offer that's irresistible. Something you love so much, you believe in so much, you enjoy delivering so much, that you can't wait to sell it and people can't wait to buy it.

So the question then arises...

How do you create an irresistible offer?

Here’s your step-by-step guide to creating an irresistible offer:

STEP ONE: GET CLEAR ON THE BOLD INTENTION OF YOUR OFFER

What is something you really want to help people accomplish? Do you want to help them find love? Do you want to help them loose weight? Live a healthier lifestyle?

What are you driven to accomplish?

In my business, I'm on a mission to help 100,000 women create six figure+ businesses by 2025.

What do you want to focus on for the next 3, 5, 7 years?

Get clear on that AND make your program centered around it.

If you do only this step you are 80% of the way to having an irresistible offer.

People buy results.

And while there are no guarantees, if you design a program with the intention of creating a very specific result for your clients, they are more likely to succeed! Plus all of your messaging and marketing can be in alignment with that goal.

STEP TWO: GET CLEAR ON YOUR DREAM CLIENTS

One of the hardest things for many entrepreneurs to do is exclude an audience. If you feel like you want to help EVERYBODY, you'll start off your business by helping nobody.

Think about your BOLD INTENTION.

Why type of person would get the best results?

Do they need to be in a certain place to achieve that goal in the next 12, 6, or 3 months?

If so, describe that place.

For example, I have a program that's focused on helping coaches go from doing "random acts of marketing" to creating and implementing a marketing strategy that generates leads on a consistent basis.

For people to join this program they have to be clear on what their business does, ideally have had some clients already, have tried some marketing activities already, want to sell high ticket offers, and the list goes on...

My point is, I have a clear idea in my mind of who would be a good candidate for this program. I then focus on creating the program for them.

STEP THREE: CREATE A PROGRAM TO DELIVER YOUR BOLD INTENTION

What would your client need to hit the goal you've outlined in the bold intention?

Do they need a community (Facebook, Slack, etc.)?

Do they need calls (Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly)?

Do they need videos, workbooks, or other materials?

What content do they need? In what order?

List out everything they would need to hit their goal.

STEP FOUR: EDIT THE PROGRAM YOU OUTLINED TO BE ENJOYABLE FOR YOU AND YOUR CLIENTS

This is where people get caught up.

You don't need to throw in everything but the kitchen sink to create a valuable program.

This about the absolute necessary features your clients would need to get the results outlined in your bold intention.

What did you put in that's not necessary?

Do your 1:1 calls need to be 60 mins or can you get it done in 30 mins if they fill out a document beforehand and afterwards?

Do the calls need to be 1:1 or can they be group?

Editing is your best friend!

Once you have completed all the steps, set a price and start offering it with as your fully excited self!

You've Got This!
